Did a walk in, artist skewed my design, over charged and when I went back for a touch up, they told me I had to make an appointment and it wouldnt be free. When I went, they told me my artist was sick, when my friend went to 10 mins earlier w the same dude. ------------ Went back in for the follow up appointment and the dude was understanding of the situation and did a great job fixing it up. Much more satisfied with it! Thank you rob!
