Ive always had good luck with this place until tonight. The employee at the counter was extremely rude, talking to me like I was some kind of idiot for not bringing the case of the game I wanted up to the counter. I was asking about the price difference between the new and used version of a game and he gave me short, rude answers. I commented on his terrible service to which he replied "Ive been in customer service since before you were born" . I recommend going here during the day, seeing as this miserable excuse for a human works at night.

Very slow and at the time i was there they were very rude-(6 months ago) after that i try not to go to that one. I go to the orchard hill one now.
