I call the Bellingham store and ask about a game inquiry. The girl who answered gave me an attitude like she was so busy and asked me to hold. That is fine, I understand stores can be hectic. Well she puts the phone down she makes a transaction, mind you I can hear everything in the background. I hear the transaction end, does she pick the phone back up? No, completely forgets about me and goes on about her day like I never even called. By ignoring me she made me feel like I did not matter. I even waiting over 5 minutes before I hung up in disgust. I called the Franklin store and a fine gentlemen answered and immediately answered my question and was very helpful. Im not gender biast but hiring a girl in a predominant male market is automatically a risky choice. She has to be sweet and really know her stuff, they cant just hiring some girl off the street who is inconsidered and only has candy crush game experience. I should not be surprised game stop is all about revenue and not about the player.

waited in line while a lady traded in her wii took the other employee behind the counter who did see me 10 min before he walked to the other register to help me tried buying a used game fairly new game though no damn case for the game did not purchase it walking out I see a case and the guy tells me I cant use that case wtf.... half the games Im looking for are never there but plenty of copies at other stores close by jus avoid this particular location if you can also went in there another time and 2 Hispanic guys were in there speaking Spanish to one another they leave and the guys behind the counter start making fun of them calling them spics etc. racist assholes.... dont go here!!!!

Two times in a week Ive used this store worst service I have ever encountered at a game stop Ive bought my PS3, PS4, PS4 Pro and an Xbox One S at gamestops and I am also a Pro member for numerous years. And Ive never been treated so poorly as I have at this location. I have always been a huge advocate for GameStop but I will make sure people avoid this location like the plague. Terrible customer service. I work in retail myself and no one should ever be treated like this at a store where they spend so much money...

Wow. Unbelievable. I stood in front of the lady at the cashier waiting for her to finish what she was doing. She looked at me 3 or 4 times and didnt say a word and just kept doing whatever she was doing. After standing there for 5 minutes I put the game (which I WAS going to buy) back on the shelf and walked out. Sorry gamestop but before hiring an employee make sure they arent dumbasses and that they have a tiny bit of common sense because they are kind of ruining your reputation.

Not the best with customer service. Worked there longer than the manager currently in charge, and i can tell you that she isnt in the gaming experience. She just sells games and never really plays alot of them, so she cant fully go in depth into new released games. Other employees there are very helpful though, fast and very kind.

Had a fantastic experience at this GameStop yesterday. I was purchasing a gift for my boyfriend, and frankly didnt know what I was looking for but the guy working was beyond helpful. He was able to answer every one of my questions, and make recommendations. I will definitely continue to use this location.
