I love this gamestop! It seems like every time my boyfriend and I go, its usually the same people working. My boyfriend calls to check if they have what were looking for before we go, just cause, and they know its him just by his voice. A good amount of the times weve called for a specific item or items, theyve saved them for us. I actually just called and had fabulous customer service. Ive frequented a lot of gamestops, and almost everyone Ive dealt with is chill and helpful, but the employees Ive dealt with at this location have been super helpful, knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to interact with. I live about equal distance from this location to another one in new hampsire, but Id much rather go to this one and pay the tax. I absolutely love this gamestop, and will be going to pick up what I just asked to be held.♡♡

I went in to purchase a new game that was just released today. When I got the game off the shelf and went to the checkout the cashier refused to sell me the game because I had not "preordered" it. Even though they had the game advertised and on the shelves they would not sell a copy to anyone whithout a preorder. Good thing right next to this Gamestop is a Walmart. I went right in, grabbed a copy of the game off the shelf, and bought it on the spot with no hassle. TIP: if youre going to buy a game the day it comes out go to Walmart or Bestbuy where theyll actually allow you to purchase a game. Ive been a Pro Rewards member for a long time..but now I dont think Ill be renewing my membership, Id rather take my money elsewhere.

Ive been going here for a few years. Its really annoying that they refuse to take my trades because of a minor scratch but half of what I get from them I have to return because it keeps glitching out or lagging too much because the disc or cartridge is so worn out or randomly ends my game and says it cannot read after an hr of play I couldnt save. And Ive bought a few used systems and theyve left memory cards in which is a win for me but they have to check over the systems and separate those things. Alot of systems dont have their proper gear. I was there last night and they got a Nintendo switch in and when the guy left appearently they didnt tell the person that sold it there was a game in it.

I am 38 years old. I had a young cashier dare card me when purchasing an M rated game. Now I understand teens getting carded but an old lizard like me, it is really uncalled for. You dont see them card the mother that is 35 and buying an M rated game for her 12 or 13 year old. So why they chose to card me is beyond me. Game STOP lost ALL BUSINESS i gave them. I NOW PRE ORDER AND BUY At BEST BUY, where you get better value for the money anyways, And THEY DO NOT PUT PRICE TAGS Right on THE CASE you PurCHASE, making it really unappealing for game collectors.

When not busy, the staff is very helpful, when busy, what can you do? Use your rewards or whatever you can when you can. Their site has offers like that. Be a member if a usual customer.
