So I called about an item! They stated they were all out and all the ones to arrive were spoken for (which other game stops told me could not happen). They went the extra mile to tell me they would try and source one for me and call me back! Heh customer service like this is nice to see when it happens! Kudos to this location!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. You really learn the true nature of a business when something goes wrong. This time it was on my end, but they were extremely understanding and worked to resolve the issue in full within no time. There are many game stops to choose from, but this is the one I trust most and feel most welcome at.

There staff and I became close people but they do still give out scratch disk to people with finger marks so remember check your disk before leaving, but they also made some improvements. But they are selling dragon balls brand new for to much when you can buy it online for $11.00
