I have purchased flowers from Wood Brothers several times. The experience is always positive. From taking the order to fulfilling it, to making sure that it is delivered, I know that when I call Wood Brothers that my order will be delivered correctly, and that the product will be eye-catching. A Wood Brothers arrangement is always a notch above expectations. My favorite experience was when we purchased a corsage for my son to give to his prom date. You know you purchased from Wood Brothers when the moms of the other girls are gathered around taking photos of your sons dates corsage. It was spectacular. If you are thinking of ordering an arrangement, a corsage, or a breathtaking centerpiece for a table, make sure you give Wood Brothers a try. You wont be disappointed.

My wonderful boyfriend recently placed a delivery of flowers to be delivered to me at work. He called a wk in advance. And wat do you know he calls this other business he originally placed the order with the day of delivery. And the florist tells him theres been a problem and the delivery will not be going out at all.. My boyfriend called wood bro. That morning shortly after googling desperate to have a delivery made for me. Hes never used wood bro before. He explained to wood bro. they took very good care of him. My roses were delivered they were beautiful!! So beautiful smelled beautiful well put together. Bravo wood bro. Came to the rescue for my poor boyfriend and made my wk. Early mothers day& just because gift for me. Thank you wood bro!

I LIVE IN FLORIDA NOW BUT HAD FLOWERS SENT TO MY DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY IN DRACUT ,MA.. THAT ARRANGEMENT OF FLOWERS WAS NOTHING SHORT OF FANTASTIC. I MEAN JUST UNBELIEVABLE. I NEVER EXPECTED THAT FOR WHAT I PAID. SHE SENT ME A PHOTO. THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN, EVER!

We went here to get some arrangements for a memorial service. The staff was extremely helpful, and listened to us when we explained what we wanted. The finished products were absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. Each basket was beautiful in its own right, but when placed together, they complimented each other perfectly. They did a wonderful job, and I would highly recommend using them.

My mom just got the most horrid bereavement bouquet. It came today and well be lucky if it lives till tomorrow! Its dead! All the. Flowers are brown on the edges, the roses (i think they are supposed to be roses!) are fully bloomed and will be hanging by tomorrow. No water in it. No color. Just horrid. So glad we didnt use wood brothers for the funeral flowers! Order number 65430. Just horrid!

Recently, my mother passed away. There were 4 of us that went in to order flowers. The staff was extremely helpful and sympathetic. We were all very particular about what we wanted. We got exactly what we asked for. The casket blanket, open heart and wreath of flowers were beautiful. I know my mom was looking down smiling at her beautiful flowers. Horrible customer service. Too many florist in town to have to accept bad service. If your swapped or overwhelmed, hire more staff.
