My husband ordered me flowers from here on my anniversary...they were the wrong ones.....so I called the florist ...the woman who answered said it was the 1-800 flowers fault....i called them...they had it rt if was the florist fault...so she said she would deliver me the rt ones and I would be the very first stop in the am....well I called her at 11:30 and she said....oh....the driver went to east prov first....ok...so when they finally get here I come home to the vase tipped over on my front steps and theres no water in the vase.....i would never buy anything from here....nor would I recommend this place to my worst enemy...

Very upset with this company. I called about a delivery that was sent to my house the lady that picked up the phone was very rude all I wanted to know is how this package got in my house if the delivery person came into my house while I wasnt home I asked if she could ask the person she said she will call me back havent heard anything. NEVER WOULD I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! IF THIS DELIVERY PERSON WALKED INTO MY HOUSE THIS PLACE IS GOING TO HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM THEN THIS REVIEW!!!

Fantastic! I ordered a custom bouquet, centerpiece and other floral items for a special event. As usual, I had excellent service from friendly staff. Everything was so beautifully and affordable.
