Very rude service. I was greeted with an "open" sign and a locked door. The door was opened by a man who did not even say good morning. The female owner asked me if she could help me in the nastiest tone she could muster. I asked for a small arrangement for a daddy/daughter dance. The reply i received was "..is it for a prom?" I am swamped...youll have to come back later" I said its not for a prom its for my little daughter. Her reply was "..come back at 3 if you want it..I am swamped.." she then pointed at the cooler holding prom flowers. This of course was all with her nastiest tone of voice. I said nope, Im all set and walked out. There was a woman behind me who must have received the same rude treatment. I saw this customer immediately afterwards at Hannafords and she told me she was quite offended and purchased her flowers at Hannafords. I wanted to keep my business local, but Exquisete Flowers rudeness changed that. I will not go back. A customer should not be made to feel as though they are causing an inconvenience. I went to Freshwater Farms in Atkinson, NH who was also swamped with prom stuff, however they smiled and told me they would whip up a flower wristlet for my daughter. It was beautiful and she loved it.

My experience with Exquisite Flowers has always been wonderful! Iv been using them for approximately 14 years for all different occasions. My daughters recitals when she was younger, 8th grade graduation, birthdays, all special occasions. I now live in Colorado and can always trust them to deliver the most beautiful arrangements. I made a last minute order with Exquisite Flowers for a birthday gift. The staff were perfectly accommodating and extremely friendly. The arrangement was beautiful, well-designed, and had very high quality flowers which included all the flower types I requested. My mother was so pleased with her flowers and refers to them as her "Beauty Queen Bouquet". Ill never order from anywhere else!

We moved away from the area a few years ago and miss Exquisite so much. Nothing compares as far as the quality and quantity that you get with Exquisite. We still use them whenever we have flowers that need to be sent in their area! I wouldnt use anyone else.

Great customer service. Flower arrangement for my wife was absolutely beautiful and saved me from the doghouse bigtime. Called last minute and flowers were on time delivered that day. Roses lasted 3 weeks.......very satisfied
