If I could give zero or negative stars I would! STEER CLEAR from Finally Flowers!! I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a family members funeral through Finally Flowers and they managed to make a heartbroken situation even worse! Finally Flowers delivered the arrangement to SOMEONE ELSES Funeral!! It didnt stop there, they REFUSED to refund me the full cost. They offered a discount on my next purchase (yea, like Im ever going to use them again), offered to send another arrangement to the family home or offered only a 50% refund even though they admitted they screwed up! They are horrible business owners that do not deliver on their products and services. Disgraceful!!

Worst customer service EVER. They tried to deliver flowers while we are at the funeral, instead of calling to make sure someone was here. (Driver left an almost unintelligible message). No follow-up call Monday to communicate delivery. Had to call them (twice) to find out where the flowers are. Its four days later and flowers are STILL not here - one town away. NEVER order from this place ! Seriously unprofessional.

Btw, just noticed, the "candy dish" has a silver lining but you can see large spots of brown where its all peeled off inside. Looks like they found it on the side of the road! And thru some dead flowers in it. Maybe the whole thing was a left over from something else. My mom is burying her husband (my dad) of 64 years and she comes home to a dead arrangement. I wondered if it was a cruel joke!

I sent flowers to my mom, she really liked them. I have had some bad experiences sending flowers in the past with the big nationwide delivery companies and I was glad to know this shop is actually in lowell and the person I placed the order with made the bouquet. Great service! I highly recommend them and plan to send flowers again soon!

I made an order at finally flowers and while consulting with the staff, I was put on hold because of a phone call. To finish the consulting 5 minutes after a long wait. Then one and a half week later, I still have not received any calls on how much everything costs

I spent a lot of money on an order and it did not look close to anything on the picture. I called in to speak to a manager and they were no help at all!! If anything they should get sue for false advertisement!!! Did not get what I paid for

I had flowers delivered to work from my boyfriend. He got me a red rose/carnation mixture that was gorgeous. Very full, lively, and smelled amazing. This has been my favorite set he has sent me thus far.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Horrible attitude from ALL the staff members, Frankly just terrible service. I would not recommend finally flowers to anyone ever. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY FLOWERS!
