Owner did not take it well when I was unhappy with the design and was told there was nothing she could do to fix it. Definitely needs to work on customer service skills. I took the flowers to another florist who listened to me and fixed them exactly as I requested. Too bad, wont go there again.

I love this place- have already ordered twice: both unique designs. One was supposed to be a gift, but I loved it so much I kept it (shhh). Its definitely not the typical stuff you see at a florist. The owners flair for art and design is what sets it apart!

The owner is very nice. She takes time to talk to you about her selections and will give you plenty of advice. If she doesnt have what you are looking for she will tell you where to find it. Thats the type of service that keeps customers coming back.

Owner didnt have any bouquets ready to go, so she put one together for me in less than 5 minutes. Nicely decorated inside, plenty of room to wait while she pulled stuff together. Overall a really nice experience.
