Jill(?) was really great. She figured out what was causing my foot pain quickly and got me into a great pair of shoes. The pain is gone now. She was able to tell what the problem was just by looking at my feet and the shoes that I had were not fitting correctly for my foot shape. I tried another running store first and they did not have the knowledge and expertise that I received at Fleet Feet. I will Definitely come back again in the future. Thank you! A. Ellison

I was beyond satisfied with my experience at Fleet Feet. I walked in with the plan to just buy a new pair of shoes, and was blown away by the service I received. I was fitted for new shoes and inserts with patience and care, Jill was so hopeful the entire time I was there. Ive always heard good things about Fleet Feet, but it was so nice to have such a welcoming experience!

Fleet Feet came highly recommend from a couple of guys I know that run QUITE a bit. I went during my lunch break and it was plenty of time to get what I needed and try on a few pairs of shoes. The young lady was very knowledgeable and was able to assess what I needed based on what I told her and watching me walk. I will definitely go back when Im ready for a new pair!

Wonderful experience at Fleet Feet in Longmeadow! Jill took the time to measure my feet and even watch me walk to see how if/how my feet moved and shift while walking. I tried on 4-5 pairs of sneakers and yet it was the very first ones she thought would be perfect that actually were! Thank you, Jill! I will absolutely recommend your store to my family & friends!

As a clydesdale it is hard getting a good fitting. The fitting process here was excellent. They took the time to understand my gait and properly try lots of shoes. Ive been other places they look at you and autopilot to the motion control or ultra stability shoe. Not here. They understand every foot is different and put me in a shoe that addressed my needs.

Alex was very helpful in narrowing my shoe choices. I had had a shoe I liked, and wanted to check out the updated version of that as well as a couple of other shoes (to compare). Alex gave me a few options, was clear about their differences, and even held the shoe I wanted for me when I was on my way back to get it later that day.

The girl who helped us but she was incredibly attentive and thorough. I love my new sneakers and I felt welcome despite not looking like a typical runner. I brought my old sneakers and she helped me find something similar style and recommended an insert rather than a more stiff sneaker which seems to be helping a ton! Thanks!
