On Saturday morning I went to buy oil to do my oil change. I was greeted by Karen, I walked in there knowing nothing about my vehicle. Karen came out to take a look at my vehicle and was such a professional that I walked out of there very educated about my vehicle. She recommended the best oil for my vehicle, the air filter and cabin filter. She also mentioned autozone rewards and explained all the benefits available. I was dragging going into autozone that morning and I am so grateful and thankful that this amazing sales associate helped me.

This shop is kind of a hit or miss. The first few times I went in and needed help and was treated like I should just know what Im looking for. I know next to nothing about vehicles, thats why I came in to begin with. The other times I went in for things, the help I received was great. Id usually give 3 stars for this, but I hate being treated like I should know what I need/want when Auto Zones business model is helping people who dont know what they need/want.

My girlfriends and I were visiting from out of town and wouldve been stuck in Boston if these girls didnt go out of their way to try and help us! They didnt have the parts we needed but found someone to come out and fix the broken part, on a very cold Sunday afternoon. I just had such a wonderful experience at auto zone. I needed a new headlight and the store manager, went out to check the type of bulb it was. After checking for the type of bulb, he ended up just installing the bulb for me! It was absolutely unexpected and is greatly appreciated, especially when you are not a car expert, like me. Thank you! Thank you! thank you!

Called to simply find out if a particular battery was in stock before driving all the way over there. After telling the representative who answered the phone, the make and model of the vehicle, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes before finally hanging up. Chances are I will not be using this Autozone again in the future.
