These people are incompetent and this store should be closed, all employees fired and then the team rebuilt from the ground up. We ordered something to pick up in store, and the email confirming the order stated this: Please wait to pick up your order We will send another e-mail notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. This notification will arrive in less than 45 minutes, as it takes us just a little time to get items ready for pickup in our stores. We waited over an hour, never received the email and decided it was just a glitch and headed to the store. We waited for twenty minutes before we got so much as a "hi" despite watching numerous employees goof off. By the time we were spoken two it was roughly two hours after the order was placed. Note the email above says that your confirmation stating that your order is ready would arrive in under 45 minutes. When we finally spoke to an employee she stated that our order was NOT ready. I read her the portion of the email in question that clearly states a confirmation email should have been sent in under 45 minutes. She then told me it can take up to 8 hours to fill these orders. What? For an item that is either on the shelves or in back stock? This makes no sense. She did NOT offer to have anyone look for it, she did not instruct me to wait and see what she could do, she basically said come back in 8 hours. While we had this conversation I watch 5 employees standing around joking with each other about their lives. Needless to say, I will always make the extra trip down to the Braintree store, as this store is unacceptable. When I called customer service to cancel my order, she was STUNNED at what the employee had told me and confessed that she hears a lot of terrible things about that store. Im not really upset with Best Buy here as a corporation, this was all about this particular store completely sucking.

Homie ghetto yo yo yo area. AND IT SHOWS! We refer to this area as HOMIE TARGET MALL. The target store is a mess, always. This best buy is decent but the customers (and thieves) are ghetto hoodlums and pure Yos. Always someone stealing from best buy. Last week it was iPhone. Bought a hardan/karmon speaker last week. $200. Off the shelf, paid for it, security took the spider wire security wrap off it. I took it home. Wasnt that great. Barely used it. Decide to return it. Customer service? Hello???? Ended up blaring police radio chatter through the speaker to get attention...nope. Had to ask security to alert someone to my presence. Oh, she was in visible distance...just didnt want to come over (Im white, is it a racist white thing? Yeah, Ill play the race card as a honky in the ghetto) Turns out that the speaker I bought didnt match the serial number on the box. OFF THE SHELF. SPIDER SECURITY WRAPPED. and somehow the box and speaker had different serial numbers. W T F I was now looked upon as a scammer, a thief, a switcher. I never bought one of these IN MY LIFE!!! Thought Id be stuck with this. Called manager over, plead my case. Luckily able to rerurn it. FCUK sake, never thought Id have to verify serial numbers BEFORE leaving the store!!!!! Now I do. Gun-shy 100%. Hood ghetto homie yo store...serial numbers dont match. Hmmm. Im shopping in lily white areas from now on.

Worst customer service ever. I understand the stores located in somewhat of the ghetto, but that doesnt mean that the customer service has to be. I tried to return something and the customer service rep was very rude. My return was not excepted and I was not advised on why. I was told I had to sign something on the pad, before I can even get an explanation on what was going on. After signing the pad I was giving a note and told I have to call a number. I was told to call the number and find out why I was not able to return the item. Well it turns out theres a limit on returns within a month Period. I wouldnt have a problem with that except its not posted anywhere in the store, on their sales receipt at all. The customer service rep give me an attitude and saying " just call the number, I dont know what to tell you, you need to move out of line now and go away ". Go away, really! Well after that incident im done buying from Best Buy. That being said buyers be were when using your Best Buy card, theres a and limit on returns that they dont tell you. And dont shop at the Best Buy in South bay Boston.

front door person does always greet you with a friendly hello however store needs improvement, limited inventory, displays are mediocre. Since my last review management has made some welcomed improvements. Staff ask if they can assist you, mens rest room has been completely renovated and remains clean (combination lock has been added to restroom doors, you have to ask sales personal to unlock door (i understand but its a bit much)). check out area also has been updated and is a lot easier to check-out. Note: I purchased a new Samsung KS55 (great tv) tv and ask sales person to bring to front of store (im recovering from hip surgery but did not inform him of that and should not have to), their response was "stand it up length wise and I can easily push it". front store personnel did put it in my truck. I later returned it and repurchased at a different chain store. Get it right best buy! I upped your star rating and stated the positive changes that were made within but in the end you guys lost the sale.

Best Buy has the worst customer service ever! We ordered an oven from them weeks ago. First time, it was scheduled for a delivery during the 8am-12pm timeframe, but the guy called at 6:30am, saying hell be there soon, but we couldnt get over to the new house in time (it was still being remodeled). Then we called to reschedule the delivery for the following Saturday afternoon, only for them to change it to the 8am delivery last minute, AND without our consent or asking us first. So we woke up super early for this Saturday delivery, and the guy calls at 6:30am AGAIN. Just as we were about to head over to the new house, the delivery guy calls to say the oven was not at the warehouse. The status order on it was CANCELLED?!?? WTH, Best Buy!! You are the absolute worst store ever!! You are never getting my business again. And you dont even deserve a one star.... just had to pick one in order to post this review!

Do not get their store charge!!!! I had a dispute which ended with me demanding that my account be closed. When calling their customer service, the Manager would not accommodate me, the Manager used offensive tactics in order to persuade me to not cancel my account. The kicker is that even though I paid off the measly 200 dollar balance they continued to report negatively to the Credit bureaus. You are better off using a credit card with low interest or with cash back rewards. Your other option would be to research products and shop online because Best Buy clearly does not treat their customers Best. Ah Hah Best Buy you didnt hurt my credit and I take great pleasure in warning the public about your crappy customer service, and financing products. I truly hope you go down in flames like Circuit City did LOL!!
