I had a wonderful experience at the Chestnut Hill BHLDN for a bridal appointment. It was clear that my stylist, Sam, had taken the time to read over what I wrote when scheduling my appointment. She knew the names of the dresses I liked and had a really great sense of the style I was looking for. She also remembered details about my wedding plans and brought them up to keep conversation going as we tried on dresses. She respected my stated budget and didnt try to push anything on me outside of it and offered helpful suggestions on how to customize dresses with accessories and alterations. The dress I wound up selecting was actually a bridesmaid dress that came in at a much lower price than my already low budget. While Im sure that was a bit disappointing for my stylist, landing a lower commission, she was still supportive, professional, and encouraging as I fell in love with my non-traditional wedding dress. Thank you Sam and BHLDN for helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day and making the experience pleasant and stress-free!

The customer service here is sub-par. I came in with 3 bridesmaids, my mom, and the mother of the groom. We knew which dresses we wanted and we picked them out ourselves immediately. However, the BHLDN and Anthropologie staff were not helpful. They did not ask if we needed assistance. They were not friendly and welcoming. Rather, when we entered the dressing room they acted as though we were wasting their time. The dressing rooms were empty, but they said we could not put a dress on hold in a room for a bridesmaid that was arriving shortly. My party was there for well over an hour and the staff never asked how they could be of service to us. In fact, they said nothing and scurried back and forth in front of us the entire visit. I was extremely disappointed to be treated that way considering we purchased over $800 of merchandise from BHLDN that day. Ive been to a much better run BHLDN in Georgetown, VA, and I will not return to Chestnut Hill.

BHLDN was my first and last stop for wedding dress shopping. I worked with Brynn and she was extremely accommodating and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was able to preselect styles online when I made my appointment, which were ready to try when I arrived. I tried on seven or eight dresses and ended up choosing the first dress I tried on. She showed me different belt and veil options too. The style there is more on the bohemian side, but I found the dress I chose to have traditional elements as well. It is a small store, but its definitely worth making an appointment! The turnaround time on orders is fast for a bridal boutique. I couldnt be happier with the service and the dress I ordered.

Disclaimer. Dresses are mass produced, clearly! Still lovely. The bridal consultants (Shout out to Lauren) are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their portfolio of dresses. You have to schedule you appt online and select the dress you want. The site makes you type out the individual names which is SUPER annoying. I was worried that Id only be able to try on the ones Id selected. But after id gone through the original selections. Lauren picked 3 more based on what I had said. Dresses are extremely reasonably priced for wedding gowns 600 - 2500

We had an excellent visit to BHLDN and just loved Lucinda! My daughter is a curvy bride and was a bit concerned about visiting since their sizing is limited. Lucinda put her at ease right off and since their sizing is more true than most bridal shops it wasnt an issue. All the dresses were beautiful and affordable! They are also designed for ease of alterations which saves money later. We ordered the PERFECT dress, within budget and shell have it in a week.

Zero Stars! Only gave it one star because I had too. Customer service was horrible. I went here to try on a bridesmaid dress that my friend had already picked. Staff acted as if they were better than me and looked down upon me. They were extremely snobby and rude- might I remind you that you work in retail?? You are not better than anyone because you work at Anthropologie and it is not right to make a customer feel that way.

We (my mom, sister, and I) had a really great experience here. Service was fantastic- they managed to fit us in for an appointment last minute, since some others had canceled. Found a dress. Everyone we spoke to in the store was extremely helpful and kind. Very happy!

Great stuff. The absolute worst return policy. I was actually embarrassed for them when I read I could not exchange a jumpsuit I had purchased (never worn with all tags on) after 30 days?! Exchange!? Not even asking for return!
