Decent. Youll probably find the basics of home/garden repair and upkeep here. They also have nice(small) furniture area. You can get your keys copied here as well. BUT, they lose huge points on service. The workers here seem upset for the most part. Each time I go, the cashier seems annoyed that I am purchasing something. What gives? I dont know, but it does not make the shopping experience a pleasant one.

I had to help a friend fix a faucet. I am from out of town and did not know the local hardware stores. I called Economy Hardware after visiting two other stores to find what I needed. These are common parts, at least I thought. The staff was understanding, knowledgeable and was quick to help. Got my parts and the faucet is no longer leaking.

Friendly staff, good prices. I needed a few tools and hardware to furnish my apt. As soon as I walked in, an employee helped me find what I came for. In and out in less than 5 min. Prices comparable to Target, but name-brand quality was better here.

Its your basic urban hardware store. Expensive and not a wide selection of products. Some of the staff members are helpful and intelligent. Others that work there are still helpful, and mean well, but have no clue.

They cannot be assed to list a phone number, instead they have their fax listed. When I went there I had explain to them what a tap and die was- one of them didnt think such a tool existed. Never going back there.

Expensive!! Other than that its a fairly normal hardware store with a decent selection for an establishment slightly larger than a typical 7 Eleven
