Waited in line for about 10mins and when it was my turn at register, cashier said you have to wait for that Item it was out back, i cant ring you up till i see if we have it. So i said can you look out back? He said he must ring a row of customers before he can do that, and his manager was on a conference call, so he is a lone wolf, So i step aside and waited for 30 mins, while customer after customer the line is long gone! Another line formed, and that one died down and another!, so a female cashier said are you alset to me, I said and pointed at the cashier Im waiting for him the check a item out back so I can buy this item. She was with a customer when she asked me that by the way. She picked up the phone and called out back and said there isnt any available. My blood is boiling at this point. I only wasted my time on the lazy employee, I look over at him and has a grin on his face. I just thank the female cashier and left. I will never set foot in that building again. Theres a reason why fall river massachusetts is the 5th worse city to live in the U.S.

Somewhat disappointed with the Manager of this particular Harbor Freight. The web site said they were open until 9pm on Saturday, the day of the 25% off coupon. I left work at 8pm to get there and find that they were closed. Went back the next day hoping that they would honor the 25% coupon. The manager (hiding in the back, never saw him didnt get opportunity to talk to him) told the clerk that they wouldnt honor the coupon. That said the clerks and floor guys are outstanding individuals and very helpful. How can Harbor Freight list 9pm as the closing time on a Saturday and then the store close at 6pm and not honor the coupon ? Im finished with this particular location, Ill go to the Attleboro store where the folks are reasonable.

This place is GREAT ! No reason to go anywhere else. They got everything and its priced to sell. LOVE IT ! AND I DONY WORK FOR THEM AOR ANYONE TRYIN TO SELL YOU THIS PLACE.
