This is pretty much one of the most unprofessional companies that we have ever worked with. They had an amazing set up at a vendor fair and their reps who were there were awesome however once it came to ordering and contacting them, it was terrible. Once our order was made and what we thought was processed, they came back two weeks later when we checked on the status and said "just kidding, we cant sell to you all." I am sorry, what? We already placed the order. Anyway, dont let the package fool you, find another vendor for your promotional products!

Hub pen is a supplier to the promotional products industry . This means they do not sell direct to ultimate customer but through professional promotional products distributors. They are one of the best pen companies in the country. When you get a Hub pen you know it is quality. Most promotional products companies offer Hub pens.

Ordering with this company is an all day process apparently. They are not clear on what types of art work you send. Even if you send what they say they need (.pdf) files they cant accept it, if its not created using specific software that theyre system can process.
