I came here expressly so I could look at non-shrink wrapped examples of their products that I was unable to find in other area bookstores. Not to be had. Store aspect seems a bit superfluous in that regard and the customer service was about as clinical and transactional as one could imagine. Ive been to the Central Park kiosk in NYC and it was way better experience with a fraction of the physical footprint.
