My job used to shop at Mars for quick items, but they recently closed and that left Weis as the only option. We went yesterday (5/26/15) to grab a few items because we were cooking out. It seemed like everything we needed was on sale! I didnt pay much attention to anything other than what was on our list, but I just looked at the sales circular and it seems like there are some good prices. Ill probably go for myself today. The challenge I had was with the website. Its so slow! Once it finally loaded, I was able to get the savings card online and have it mailed to me but I can use it today at the store. This saves time for me so I can run in, get what I need, and roll out. Went back today (5/28/15) and loved the sale prices. I purchased lettuce from the produce dept. and got the fixins for the salad from the salad bar. The lady replenishing the salad bar was very nice and helpful. As I walked through the store, I had to stop myself and remember that I was on my lunch break and not to shop for groceries. When checking out, I could not use my phone number (dont have my card yet) but the clerk scanned his so I could get the savings. Right now, the parking is horrendous because of the construction for the gas station which takes up half the parking lot AND the Universoul Circus is right there taking up more of the lot. It wasnt crowded inside so I think its just the limited parking because of the two factors. Although I dont live near here, I could see myself shopping here during the week.

Its been a while I used to go every weekend a little expenses but the staff some of them have a little problem working so they shouldnt be there but its not all only some but its a nice clean store and they have sale and youll be surprised on some of the sale prices on some of the things its changed since my last review I dont know what going on but New Year Eve nite no carts in the store they were all outside you had to get yourself I wasnt I was angry,mad,and,pissed,and then I wasnt feeling well, I was, hurting customer had to go back outside to get there own carts can someone explain to me why and the way I was feeling I tried to get a few things with those carry-on I saw the long line and I just dropped it and called for a ride while I was waiting I was sitting with this nice elderly gentleman he told me there were only two cashier on not only New Year Eves but a Holiday weekend this store is slipping going down I used to be there every weekend in this store I wouldnt go no where else Ive only been in there once since then I havent complaint yet but it on my things to do before the end of the month and or year.

I found my shopping experience to be cost effective and enjoyable. Management and Associates are courteous and helpful. I was able to find all of my selections at one location. The store is clean, including the female bathroom and you can see time is taken to present the stores inventory in a way that will encourage you to purchase. Im very pleased you stock Dungeness Crabs and a variety of seafoods. The addition of the gas station was only a plus; but it reduces the parking lot which at times will and can test your patience. Im a GOLD Preferred card member and I utilized their E-Coupons and other marketing promos that encourage savings across the board. Keep up the good work! And I will continue to support your community efforts and your presence in our neighborhood.

I went at about 940pm and there was only one poor girl ringing people up by herself with a decent line of customers while 6 other employees (I counted them) just stood around and did nothing. I even heard the poor girl ask a coworker to help and he chuckled and walked off to proceed and do nothing. As a supervisor at a different grocery chain I would have written up all of those employees for blatantly not doing any work and ignoring all the customers waiting to be rung out. Poor customer service and lack of work ethic when the store clearly had messy shelves everywhere after a day of business.

This market has some good deals on food, but is in desperate need of some customer service training for their employees. Today was my 2nd time going in this market and the cashier just as the first one had attitude problem didnt greet me I had to greet her. I understand u tired and may have been on your feet all day but dont be rude and to top it off its older women with the attitude problems. This will be my last time going to this location, I give 100% customer service any and everywhere I go so I like to receive the same. Thanks.

Its usually clean and the produce is usually nice and fresh. However, its a bit pricey and they dont have good sales on the products I like to buy. I also had to walk back out of the store and into the parking lot to get a cart today and this is not the first time Ive had to do that. The lines are long and slow as well. I saw at least 9 workers in the front but only 2 cashiers were open. 4 workers were behind the customer service desk with no one in line.

Some of the workers there are great. The cashiers on the other hand are crap. I once shopped for some produce there price different than what was in the computer. Instead of price checking for me, I was forced to ask him to void that particular purchase. Other than this I like my experince. My 4 stars are for the awesome work the produce men and the great advice they gave.

This market has gone down. Went at lunch to buy steam veggies. Frozen food section is very limited. There were zero carts near the entrance and the rude customer service employee responded like it was my fault. Then I went to self checkout and only 2 of the 6 registers are working. It took a half hour to buy 3 items.

Had to deal with the bakery manager on two occasion she was Caucasian with tattoos. She made my experience there unpleasant. Nor did she smile or made an effort to help. Being a person of color I felt I was being discriminated. I refuse to ever return to this Weiss. She was extremely unprofessional.

Always have good service, if there are too many people in one line they will open another line to help you. Unlike the Wendys on Rolling Road and Dogwood, who will let you stand there for ten minutes make eye contact with you even and not even offer to help you.

Close to home, but not open 24 hours as posted. Wish it was. Need to teach customer service to cashiers when u speak dont speak back or dont acknowledge u as a customer. Young adults need customer service dont smile, dont greet you when at the register.

I really love the store especially the gas points. I just wish management would hire some adults with brain power because some cashiers just make the store look bad and makes check out very slow. I figure if i wonna get out fast i do not go to weis.
