Esta puntuación tan baja se debe al horror de los estilos que venden en esa tienda. Europeos del mundo, no pierdan su tiempo en ir a comprar a este establecimiento, ya de antemano les digo que no les va a gustar NADA. Los diseños son super cutres pero claro, los precios, en general, también son bajos. A mí, particularmente, me pareció un sitio super cutre y horrible con ropa feísima. Muy básica. Quizá si te quieres comprar una camiseta lisa y lasa sea un buen sitio porque los precios eran buenos... No puedo hablar del trato al cliente porque no hablé con ninguno de los dependientes. Algo positivo y que me llamó la atención es que había un Sephora dentro. Todavía no entiendo cómo la marca Sephora quiere estar dentro de un lugar como este... Antítesis de la vida...

I am very displeased with the customer service and hair cut I received today, June 16, 2015, at JcPenney store 2738 in Wheaton, Maryland. I entered your store at 10:30amET and was not greeted, and I could not find anyone to point me in the direction of your salon for my appointment at 11am. Alas, I found the salon and the stylist was not in, but several employees were congregated around the salons entrance with their backs to me, talking to one another. They looked bothered by my presence and wearily answered my questions about where I could check in for my appointment. The stylist appeared several minutes later and in clipped tones said she would not help me for another half hour -- I was too early for my appointment. I walked around the store (during which I did not see or speak to one associate) and returned at 11am for my cut. Associate 0954 cut my hair in less than nine minutes (according to the time stamp on my receipt I paid for my completed hair cut at 11:09am), did not speak to me during our entire interaction, and gave me an uneven cut that I am not at all pleased with. As a lifelong customer of JcPenney with family members that work for the company, I am mystified. Who are the associates working for? The answer: themselves. Surely theyre not the abiding by companys mission, or serving the people that shop and keep the company afloat. I wasted my money and time, and you, JcPenney, lost a loyal customer.

My friend ordered a pair of rimless glasses. When my friend received them, the frames and lenses were not aligned symmetrically, and the frames temples needed adjustment. When we were trying to figure out why the glasses didn’t look right and didn’t fit, the salesperson had a poor attitude and was not able to adequately adjust the frames temples. Luckily, the manager allowed my friend to have the glasses redone. However, when we came to pick up the replacement, yet again the glasses didn’t fit right and needed some adjustments, and yet again the salesperson had a poor attitude and was reluctant to help us make adjustments. When I wanted to compare this new replacement pair to the floor sample, the salesperson said that my opinion didn’t matter and that the optician is the expert. Despite her poor attitude, we politely left feeling like they had not done enough to help us. If my friend is paying over $300 for a pair of glasses, we should be allowed the opportunity to carefully look over the craftsmanship of the glasses and get all the adjustments needed. It’s part of their job to make adjust the glasses to fit. In sum, the workmanship on the first pair of glasses was poor, and the customer service was poor. I would discourage anyone from buying rimless glasses from JC Penney Optical in Wheaton Plaza.

This place is a complete joke. I entered the store around 5:30 looking to purchase a complete suit for an upcoming formal event. I obviously asked to be measured as I wants d to be in and out as quickly as possible. IT TOOK WELL OVER 40 MINUTES FOR THE STAFF TO FIND THE MEASURING TAPE! Thats not eve the worst of it. The guy who measured me kept getting the measurements wrong, and didnt do much more then point in a general direction to where I might find one of proper size. WELL an hour and a half later I finally found something that fit comfortably and was the right color, but guess what??? They didnt have any of the pants to match anywhere nearby and had to ship them to the store. The store being nearly two hours away I wasnt happy but wanted to get out of there so I agreed. It is now a week later, the event Im attending is this weekend, and they arent "finding any verification" of an order. So overall the staff can go to hell. Realistically this place deserves a rating much worse than 1/10

I HATE THIS LOCATION! I called countless times no answer! They must be in the back somewhere because no one is doing their job. Is it hard to pick up a phone? I returned something in April they said they would call me once they see if I can get a new item or get my money back. Its now june I have not gotten a call I have went there 3 times they still couldnt give me a update. I called several times no answers so....

Check price machine, check price machine, check price machine For just checking a shirt price you should stay in line for 30 minutes, that sucks. four floor store and no check price machine at all. You lose your time in this store just waiting in lines. Try other jcpenny stores and save your time.

My daughter got her phone stolen at the Sephora department in JcPenney. The staff was rude and not helpfull at All. The security department is pathetic and refused to help us. Dont shop at this department store, their customer service is absolutely terrible.

I love that store from Wheaton mall because I found everything I need.! The employee personal are so kind and the super visor too, and they help you find what you need. That is why i recommended this store.

As a former employee, I have to agree with what most of these reviews say. The store seems to be always be "short on staff" and in my opinion, needs to be closed down or at least go under new management.
