One of the worse experiences Ive had. There customer service skills are terrible. Mainly because of the two Ethiopian or African girls that work there. I tried to pay a bill using Western Union there and all the while the African girls were telling me that you cant pay a bill there you can only send money. I tried explaining to her that paying a bill and sending money is all the same you just need to have the city code and account number, of which both I had at the time. I also told her that Ive paid it at that exact location before. Instead of trying to listen to me and figure out what to do all she and the othe girl did is hide behind the register while the laughed giggled and ridiculed me. I was so upset that I then went home found the receipt from where i did it before using there location and the girl still refused to acknowledge it. It became very obvious that she just didnt know or understand how to work the Western Union service. But instead of just admitted that and asking a manager for help or calling someone shed rather make me feel like Im at fault. I drove 5 minutes down the street to the check cashing place on Liberty and Brenbrook and gave them the same info and they made the transaction for me using Western Union with no problems and no questions asked. I literally live right around the corner from this place and as long as Im here I will never walk foot in that place again. Not just for Western Union but for anything period. And its all because of the two Ethiopian girls who think they are cute or something and who would rather mock the customers instead of trying to help them. I wish I could give them a zero or negative score on this thing. Worst customer service skills ever!
