Before I begin I want to mention that I am currently employed here. I can say that the group of us that we have here are very dedicated toward helping you, our customers. Our Commercial Parts Pro is absolutely phenomenal. Our current Manager is pretty great too. He is very knowledgeable and knows the store inventory very well. Always doing his best to take care of us and the stores occupants. The rest of us do whatever we can to accommodate you in any way that we can. Come in and take a look, if we dont hold the item in our store, but have it at another location, We will gladly order it at no extra cost to you.

I thoroughly avoid this Advance store at all costs, I will even be willing to pay a few dollars more just to not have to deal with their employees. You are often treated like you are inconvenience by coming to the store. After you stand in line for a garunteed five minutes, you are either helped by someone who his talking to their friend on the store phone or someone who is eating their dinner while trying to help you. The inventory program never seems to have the right quantity of a particular item either. Shadetree Mechanic Beware.

The incompetence of this store and its employees is endless. I have been to other Advanced Auto Parts stores and they put this store to shame. The employees don’t have the slightest idea what a car is or how to spell it and their inventory is constantly inaccurate. Further, as another reviewer has said, they treat you as if you’re an inconvenience because you require them to do their job. I do my best to avoid this store at all costs even if that means paying more somewhere else for the same part.

After reading reviews, I feel that a management change must have occurred. Not only were both employees that helped me polite and knowledgeable, they were able to deduce that the specifics I had about my car were incorrect, and saved me a return trip I would have made to get the correct part. My return business was thoroughly earned.

Not helpful at all. Only gave 2 stars because one employee stopped talking politics for a whole 30 seconds to point me to the wrong oil. Heading to Damascus, hope its better.

I had to leave I had to explain heater hose to the guy I wanted two filters they only had one in stock for a Chevy go figure . Not happy today
