I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called to have an employee of the store look up a part for me. When I asked I was given the answer of I might have it but you know who would definitely have it is the Frederick location. I asked if she could look it up for me, she said that she didnt have a way to look it up. I then asked her if they used a computer system to look up parts availability. She said they do and then asked me if she would like me to look it up. I can only assume this is not an isolated incident, I would recommend not bothering with this shop. Its almost like they operate in a manner of selling auto parts is an inconvenience to them. Do them a favor and dont inconvenience them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Napa or any other auto parts shop. They lied to my face and then on my second trip to the store (to get a battery core fee) I asked the same employee why he lied to me about not accepting the Napa member discount card when I saw they were a participating store on their web site, and he just told me it wasnt my card. Thats weird because I received my card from my local Napa store years ago. The employee also appeared bothered to even help me. Instead of trying to understand this employees hatred of my business and even being in the store, I will just shop elsewhere.

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. I had to return a part, and had it set up to where when my new part came back it would already be paid bc they put a credit on my account. When i came back to pick it up, apparently i had to pay the full price again, and shipping bc they gave me the wrong part to begin with. And then they tried calling me a liar and my story was all messed up? Worst place to go if you want quality customer service and actual help.

The customer service was not very good. Employe behide the counter acted as if he didnt feel like helping anyone. Kept on telling me how he would have to order my parts from somewhere else and pay shipping for each. Like he was trying to talk me out of buying the parts. And when I asked him about a discount they had acted like he didnt want to give it to me.
