Hello everyone I came this morning which is Saturday 10/22 at 7:32 am to buy some oil for my truck and you know whatS happen they were closed!!! Well I thought they might forgot to open it but I called to this store and they said that the register wasnt ready to run the customers that way they still close!! So instead of open the door they just let me stay outside on cold saying the register is not open yet! Also I was asking how long its take to open the register he said the longer he is talking with me the longer its going to take)) So I can tell a lot of other thing but dont want to waist my time!)Poor customer service((((

Very bad customer service , if you dont want to answer my question or help me find my parts why bother answer the call ? I called and after few seconds someone answered the phone and I said I am looking for a part for my car and before I finished he said he is gonna put me on hold for two seconds i waited for five minutes before another idiot answered the phone and before me saying anything he said he is gonna put me on hold again which took fifteen minutes until I hung up . Just go to another store they are many around .

My wife was only about an hour into a 10 hour trip and her wipers started to fail in the rain. They were "inspected" the prior day by Jiffy Lube in Clarendon - avoid that place. Anyways, I called ahead and spoke to Francisco and told him my pregnant wife was coming in, shared the type of car, and asked him to take care of her only 15 minutes after they opened the store. They took great care of her, inspected her wipers, installed the correct units, and she said they were INCREDIBLY helpful the entire time. Thanks guys.

I will never come to this store again , the customer service was awful !!! The store open very late today, we had to wait outside for long time. The register wasnt open yet and when I was in about to make a purchase they said the accept only cash ,they didt tell me that in the beginning. So I had to run to ATM to get cash and I was to late to my job because of somebody was late to their job !!!!

Store is OK. I only go their for small items though, like wiper blades, fuel additives, and the occasional battery. No issues. Install some items for free.
