After days of searching for a faucet for my bathroom renovation, I stopped in at Ferguson this morning. Wish I had found this place sooner! My sales rep Sydney Taylor was very helpful and professional. She tried locating the faucet in their extensive inventory and found one at a Virginia location. Sydney arranged to have it shipped overnight directly to me, what a convenience! I would highly recommend Ferguson Bath and Kitchen for any home project, either new construction or remodeling. The showroom is very spacious and the displays are thorough and top-notch. Really wish I had begun my searching here! OK, heres part 2 of the story. I went to see Sydney Taylor for the sink faucets I needed for my bathroom. She took her time and helped me select exactly what I described. They were shipped to me the next day as promised. But there was a problem. My vanity granite top came in with the holes already drilled, and the new faucets wouldnt work. Back to Sydney I went. Expecting to get socked with a big restocking charge, imagine my surprise when she told me there was none! Sydney also helped me pick out the correct faucets, and I received them the next day as well. She even pointed out a slight color variation between my tub and sink faucets, something that I wouldnt have noticed. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and selection offered at Ferguson. They definitely exceeded my expectations, I give them the highest recommendation! They will do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied. I cant imagine anything that would have made my experience better.

I am writing this assessment as i use the guest room shower/restroom due to Fergusons ineptness. Myself and general contractor began working w a young lady back in July of 2016, yet my powder room commode was JUST installed yesterday due to missing parts etc and im still not able to use the master restroom. I am working on a rather large project (multiple 6 figures) in Baltimore city and needed fixtures for 3.5 baths so my general contractor suggested this place. The representative appeared knowledgable and was very pleasant (wont say her name but probably should). We visited the place at least twice before making an order early August. It all begun w them ordering the wrong tub and from there it was down hill all the way. I would never recommend them, at least not for bathroom fixtures. Well, at any rate ,thought as a consumer that has had first hand experience would give my two cents. This project has revealed to me that striving for excellence is a thing of the past.

These guys are so friendly and helpful! I was tackling a DIY pressure tank replacement. Josh at the counter was critical in helping me locate parts and tools. When I needed an adapter and wasnt going to make it there before closing, he even left it in a box outside the door.

Smaller selection then some other Fergusons but the people there are very friendly and do their best to help you out.
