If I could give zero stars I would. I went there because my car said low battery. The guy checks it and says I have a bad battery, so he says they have the battery in stock and can switch it out. Pay $200 for the new battery the guy puts it in everything is fine until the next day same message low battery. So take it to my normal Mechanic since he is now open on Monday. Well I am informed the battery I bought an Autozone installed is the wrong one for my vehicle the guy that put it in stripped the bolts on the cables so they need to be replaced and I probably never needed a battery the alternator was bad so because of his screw up $600 to reverse what they did to my car. I will never ever give auto zone my business. They need to get better people working for them. Also I have a Cadillac which I know is expensive to fix but had I found out it was not the battery in the beginning, I would have saved some money.

Employee sold me wrong oil pressure sensor switch for my vehicle. Had to drive all the way back and get the correct one. When I exchanged it for the correct one. He takes my money and does not give me the new part. I think he is high on drugs. No black employees either in this racist store.

Great selection of products. Has pretty much everything you need for your car. Has tool rental, check engine light analyser, battery check, etc. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Stands by their warranties.
