Called to order a part lady said I had til 9 if I wanted it call back pay for over the phone and it would be here in morning called back at 8 guy tim who answered the phone said he couldnt help me I would have to wait til tomorrow and come I and pay for it so I wouldnt get it tomorrow I said I will drive over pay for it now still couldnt help me 2 different people to different experience one helpful one not called salvos told me be in tomorrow he will call me when they get it I can pay for it then no more autozone.

Walked in around 8am to have battery charge checked. Had "bad battery" and purchased a new one. Donnell installed it with no problem. He was extremely helpful & courteous. There was another rep in the store at the time and she was such a pleasure to speak with & made my Tuesday (with a bad battery) a better day! They obviously enjoy what they do b/c smiles, great convo, & a great attitudes at 8am is hard to come by these days!! Keep doing what you doing AutoZone Parkville, MD!

The only store that had the ignition cylinder I needed already in stock, and for only $17--- versus $50 at salvo! (though their power window motors were $50 instead of $32. seems each chain has their own loss leaders, and cash cows. worth shopping around) Helpful and courteous. The had one knowledgeable technician in the store when I visited. Perhaps not as well stocked as other store, but not too small either.

Autozone manager, Cynthia Mitchell was amazing!!! So sweet, professional and provided exceptional service. This lady deserves a promotion! Store manager Brenda was very knowledgeable and friendly. Cant get any better service than what I received from these two ladies. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my auto needs.

Alex installed a new battery in my car right there in the parking lot of the store. He worked quickly, efficiently, was very friendly, accommodating and all staff had very good customer service skills. Highly recommend their services!

The staff is helpful and they always seem to have sales on oil/oil filters.. plus you can bring old oil here and they will dump it. Also, they will run the code in your vehicle for free if the check engine light is on.
