Excellent, fast service. Came in with a TOTALLY flat tire with a puncture on the crown (that had already been patched once and failed) of a tire on my RX-8 (which is not equipped with a spare tire), with no appointment (not that you shouldnt make one, but this was unexpected), tire was not able to be repaired. Although they didnt have my tire size in stock, they sourced one for me, had it mounted and balanced in 2 hours and i was on my way. Thanks again!

Went here with an obscure problem that required a lot of research with the diagnostics, but West Main Auto was very accommodating. They were honest all- around; they had very reasonable prices, good customer service, and good communication. They diagnosed correctly and completely fixed my problem. They even did a last minute headlight and oil change request, no hassle. I highly recommend.
