I think its weird to be reviewing a pharmacy, since theirs HIPAA laws around peoples indications and such dont allow them to reply to any reviews, but I find the customer service is hit or miss. In recent months they seem to figured out who to put behind the counter and who not to. We always get really good people and it does get busy, if you look at the bins behind the counter, they must do a mass amount of refills so you just have to realize its right in the middle of a hugely populated suburban area. My son has a chronic illness and theyve been great at accommodating his special needs, changing medication flavors if he doesnt like them and not making us pay for the refills and rushing his orders so he doesnt have to wait long. I couldnt ask for more with a sick kid. If you use this pharmacy, just give yourself extra time and dont rely on the phone system, its not always accurate. Ive had a lot of success with their online system.

Costumer service is AWFUL (on the phone and in person), they are never on time with their refills. They have a terrible phone automated refill prescription service. But the worse is their attitude with costumers. There are always long lines and plenty of staff behind the counter NOT willing to promptly help customers. I am changing pharmacies even though the next closest pharmacy is 15 min away. They need to do serious + urgent changes in management and staff.

This CVS is consistently unreliable. Service at the pharmacy is extremely slow, and they seem surprised that I arrive to pick up my prescription that was refilled through the automated phone system and promised to be ready by noon the previous day. As much as I enjoy hanging out in line five plague-infected people long, I really just want to get my meds and get out.

The manager always greets customers at the door and offers help. The pharmacy staff are always prompt and curteous, despite some of the rude and impatient customers I have seen them deal with. Despite servicing a large crowded area, this CVS is efficient and the staff are helpful. This is without a doubt the best CVS I have been to.

Lack of professionalism from the pharmacy. Tried to get flu shot from my employer insurance, and they claimed it was charged already because I inquired in other CVS location. Instead of solving the issue, they reacted like they do not have time to solve customers issues. Reactive behavior that seems that comes from the top.

There is a lovely woman who greets all customers and offers help. She was very helpful with some of my coupons as well. There are some very helpful pharmacy assistants who always help us get the right record for our daughter who apparently had 2 records in the system which had caused confusion until they figured it out.

With one exception every person in the pharmacy is friendly, personable, and competent. And, that one exception is, at least competent, a little rough around the edges. Going there feels more like a small town drug store than it does a pharmacy in a large chain. I actually enjoy going there.

Rudest CVS I have ever been in. Pharmacist was rude to start with...then when I went to pick up my prescriptions the cashier walked away in the middle of the transaction and never came back! I stood another 5 minutes before anyone noticed that I wasnt being helped...no apology!

It used to be decent but something changed. I was given expired glucose test strips, which were ordered for me since they were out of stock. They told me that I had no refill and I had to ask them to pull up the prescription to set that right. Beware of this pharmacy.
