The Ulta Staff @ Canton Crossing are EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. ..! I called this morning to schedule a brow appt.& they were able to get me in right away. RACHEL was helpful & knowledgeable & took the time to listen to my skin concerns & offered suggestions to fit my particular needs. She also made my brows look fantastic ! All the ladies there are super nice & pleasent from the moment you enter the door. . . Thank you Ulta for a awesome experience. ..ill will be returning soon! ☺

This ULTA is what I wish the White Marsh ULTA could be: bright, clean, and organized. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by an employee and offered assistance, saving me a lot of time looking around. The cashier was friendly and checkout time was quick. Ill definitely come here more often!

Did not honor birthday coupon even when it was totally valid and in date.Zero samples at checkout when online I always get at least two.I did not find two of the things I was looking for.I will stick with online shopping.
