Yesterday I went into this Mac store to find a lipstick i saw in a magazine. The person that assisted me was named Jasmine. I showed Jasmine the picture and she said we dont have that but i will show you what we do have. She took it a step further and actually found the colors I was looking for and placed it on me. She did a wonderful job, however because I am pregnant my skin has blotches around my mouth that didt look right with the make-up. She said we have something for that too. Feeling a little weird because I dont know how to apply concealer she showed me how to do it and before I know it, the blemishes were gone. It was an over whelming experience. She helped me find another color I was looking for and gave me the most wonderful experience. Thank you Jasmine for enhancing the beauty that is already there!!!

I walked in rushed and frazzled, as I was late for a major event with a number of members of congress and dignitaries. I needed a look that was clean and sophisticated without being boring. Alex did a complete makeover in less than 30 minutes! Smokey eye, lashes, contour, foundation, eye brows, EVERYTHING!!! She is truly gifted and her personality is magnetic. I had so many compliments about my makeup from strangers and event attendees alike that night. She even stayed late to get me ready for my big event. She shared tips and techniques that I could use when doing my own makeup. Alex is now my makeup artist when I come to DC and I couldnt be any happier!

Only had 2 employees working. Didnt see no manager around! Wasnt greeted when arrived or asked early on that they would get to my girlfriend or even ask if she need anything till LATER on! Wont come back and they would assist Caucasian customers immediately with a greeting!
