So I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and never received my item. I called this place (should have known they were a scam when they responded with a gmail account) and they stated they had a signature on file. Not my signature but I guess some random person accepted it. Therefore I called PayPal. They provided this same random persons signature and PayPal closed the dispute. This is the thing clearly whoever USPS delivered it to is not me. How about working with me to resolve the problem? Instead this company told me now its your problem. So now Im hunting down USPS trying to prove they delivered it to the wrong person and that person stole my items. Does not seem like a great way to treat a customer.

I have had only positive experiences with MAC...never a problem. They are the only products that actually put enough active ingredients in their formulations to work. Ive been using the TCA peels with success to lighten melasma and I also love the Green Tea & Pomegranate Moisturizer, Cleanser and Toner. Also a fan of the Vitamin C Serum.. it takes a months to build collagen so be patient. You will save alot of $$ because they sell sample sizes of everything so no risk or wasting money. I am surprised they dont have 5 stars but again theres only a few reviews...

I bought some TCA peeling products and it was shipped to London very quickly and without issue. They have a friendly and knowledgeable customer service which responded promptly. The products are of high standards. I used TCA 18% for first time (I know never start with 18) it worked as expected, Im now in my 3rd peeling and I see easily 50% improvement. Very happy

I have emailed customer service now three times with concerns about TCA peels and questions about what type of daily products to purchase and never got a response back. The 12.5% TCA peel did nothing and the 18% peel burned my skin leaving a red scar on my face despite following the directions to a tee. Very disappointed.

I am in shock over bad reviews. I had horrible acne- and I have been using these products for 3 years and my acne is gone and my skin gets better every single day. I cant even imagine having an issue with these people- every experience has been amazing.

I love all of their products! Im saving a fortune doing my own peels instead of my dermatologist. (Ive had so many over the years I feel comfortable on my own. Would not recommend for someone who has not had multiple peels done by a professional.)

Love the products. Mandelic acid cleanser has done a great job of clearing dark spots. Will be buying the full size. I brought trial size. Dead skin and dark spots improved after three days. I used the mandelic toner and the scar cream.

Ive been using their products since 2014 and have only good things to say about them. My favourite is the Mandelic Acid peel, brightens my skin. I gladly recommend them to friends and family.
