I visited the store last week. ...was there 10 to 15 minutes. .not one sales person offered to help me. ...there was only 3 other people in 5he store, so not very busy...the salespeople were standing around chatting .....I finally walked out without a word from anyone....sorry Lamey..you lost a sale as I was looking for a pair of Dansko

I walked through the door reluctantly, I hate shoe shopping and pretty much only ever wear sneakers. I walked out the door with three pairs of comfortable dress shoes. I am so impressed with the service provided and the quality of the shoes they cary. Tonight they made me a customer for life.

They have shoes designed for comfort. The last time I was there, the sales woman went out of her way, calling their other locations, trying to locate the kind of shoes I was looking for and that arent being made any more. She was looking for old stock. I was grateful and impressed.
