They have some stuff I really like, but they are super expensive. God forbid you buy something off the medicine aisle, they refuse to take it back, though unopened and in perfect condition. In my case a $15 spray for poison oak which was replacing a lost one which I automatically found as soon as I bought this one. The veggie department is great, also insanely high$, but is one of the most well and fresh-stocked around. You can find some amazing prepackaged pastries and breads including La Brea bakery goods.

Nice shopping center. Has a Chinese Buffet with amazing food and reasonable prices, dollar store, subway, Rays Food Place grocery store, laundromat, harbor freight tools, radio shack, pizza, and more! Definitely recommend the Oriental Buffet, food is excellent and prices reasonable. They also have a "Cut the Rope" game inside where I won an iPad after about 10 tries! Awesome.

OMG the oriental buffet in this shopping center is amazing. Mongolian bbq, sushi, and a giant selection of food. Nice and fresh and great tasting. Best buffet I have ever been to. Also nice to find a harbor freight needed a tool while on the road for my trailer. Nice to get an inexpensive one since I have a nicer one at home.

This place is community shopping center with a all you can eat Chinese food thats worth the price and an over priced round table pizza but offers all you can eat buffet its sourounded by motels from low in to luxury but is in the middle of homelessness and mental health issues that can stand out like a sore thump

Stores here are constantly at odds with "travelers" unfortunately. Very good restaurants: great kabob diner, popular Chinese buffet, 24-hour Village Pantry for "down-home cooking", a Round Table Pizza, and for fast-food a Carls Jr. Then theres the Rays market, Dollar Store, and Harbor Freight.

This is the shopping center that has all the differents stores! Thats where you find the falafel shop, the Radio Shak, the Carls Jr., the Chinese Buffett, the Dollar Store, a mexican restaurant, and Pantry restaurant and probably a couple more that I dont remember. Good place.

I bought fish for my pond. Balance Aquarium is resonably priced so I Bought 12 feeder gold fish . The fish Can survive by hiding from the cats And racoon so I thought feeder fish Appropriate. These fish eat the mosquito and keep my pond clean.

Contrary to Googles information, the restaurant is still open at Valley West Shopping Center Arcata CA and it is delicious!!! Have been going there regularly since they opened up and never disappointed!

The Chinese Buffet was delicious, the food was freshly made. The Dollar Tree is one of the biggest I have ever been in - I would have stayed and purchased more but it was warm inside - A/C is needed.

Kabaab Cafe gets 5 stars, Round Table pizza is good, Balanced Aquarium is best in the area for fish and some reptiles, plus cheap treasures at Harbor Freight and Dollar Tree. Rays, meh.
