I had to return a pair of shoes I bought my daughter because one of the shoes did not light up! And the girl that helped me had the worst attitude I have ever came across in a long time in customer service! She tried to tell me that the shoes I was returning were worn when literally my daughter had the shoes on for 5 minutes before I noticed that the lights were not working on one of the shoes! I was screamed at because I told her that the shoes were not worn! The sticker on the bottom of the shoe was still there! Thats how not worn the shoes were! I have been a customer of this store for many years and so has my mom and cant believe that a company would even consider hiring an someone that could be so rude to a customer!!!!! Instead of finding a replacement pair of shoes I decided that I would just spend my money somewhere else! Very disappointed!!!!!

I go in once every couple years to get a new pair of boots but from what Ive seen they have a huge variety or mens and womens footwear and the quality of the boots I buy is definitely up there

Uniform selection is awful and very limited. Very little plus size, no petites either. Will not shop here again.
