My complaint is that Im invisible when it comes to customer service. It happened again today, The worst was when I was purchasing a new bike. I ended up buying it locally elsewhere. Today I purchased my item from LL Bean. Fabulous customer service at Bean. This has happened the last three times Ive been in the store, and I did bring it to the managers attention with the bicycle incident. Hopefully this will help correct the problem so that I can update and say fabulous customer service.

Ive been shopping at the flagshig store in Peterboroigh MH since the 80s and have always gotten great customer service thee. This store, not so much over the past years. Today, I returned a defective item that I purchased 3 weeks ago and now is on sale. I inquired about the sale price but was told it would be an even exchange. Im sorry, but if I have to go thru the headache of returning a defective item that is now on sale, the least you can do is give me the current sale price.

This morning a beautiful blond angel helped me pick out the right "Superfeet" and it is as if I inserted clouds into my walking shoes. I cant thank you enough. With flat feet, ruptured discs and bad knees, to walk in comfort is a bleeping miracle.
