I was treated extremely well by all the floor staff. They were helpful, and went out of their way to make sure my experience was a good one. But when it came time to speak to the manager regarding a question I had, I was treated rudely, and she acted as if she didnt care to be nor had time to be interacting with me at all. I will never return. That experience alone left a bad taste in my mouth, so much so, I ended up leaving without the shoes I really wanted to get.

Bought a pair of black dress shoes for my daughter. they cut into her heels causing them to bleed. The shoes cannot be worn and cannot be returned. Horrible product, bad customer service. Stick to your policy and keep ripping people off. Will never go there again!

Good variety of womens shoes. There is a small variety of mens shoes in comparison. Some good prices and some of the prices are a bit high. Having been there many times, the only staff I seem to run into are at the checkouts.

Used to love them, but they dont carry wide sizes anymore and the ones they do sell are horribly ugly. Really disappointed.
