Its been getting pretty run down both outside and in dispite their best efforts ..one side is two stores a gym and vacant store fronts the other several nationwide franchise chains (good for ordering)along with a Wal-Mart (that has its own hours).. the employees of the mall are nice enough but the restroom cleanliness is sub par gross in fact and the community dpesnt help .. itz a mostly polite response from the individual merchants along with decent prices from the local ones.. idk ive lived many places and know though there has been an economic decline in the malls everywhere but this as i said has gone down hill i hope if gets the boost it needs

This isnt a mall, theres no center or place inside just a few stores by a parking lot. Its a block long shopping center with a grocery store, craft store, subway, Tuesday morning, drive thru atm, and thats about it. lots of past stores (cvs, staples, blockbuster) were here. used to have indoor koi pond but no longer accessable.

There are a decent amount of businesses here. Mall has been updated and looks clean and sleak. Fair warning, there are homeless/drug addicts that pass through the parking lots but because of property police they dont stay long. Dont leave valuables in the car. It sucks, but just be aware and avoid methheads.

Good Hotel. Friendly employees. Glad they have Small Fridge/Microwave, Tv/Desk, Laundry Room & FREE WiFi. Rooms 2 fit your situation. Can book rooms online also. Chevron Gas Station on one side and Applebees on other. Close 2 Bayshore Mall and WinCo Grocery Store. Noisy from street traffic but alright.

The mall has a lot of empty storefronts. If they lowered rent then maybe some new businesses could give it s go. The prices are also higher when compared to malls in other nearby cities. ( In my opinion, the pricing could be a direct result of the insane renting costs to have a shop here)

Winco is the best store there. Subway and the Dollar Tree are nice, everything else is overpriced. Some of the other reviewers have the Eureka Mall confused with the Bayshore Mall (which is the place that is half-empty and has a Tilt and Pretzel Time and Gamestop).

I believe some are confused about this mall. This mall has Winco, CVS, Michaels, Dollar Tree, Subway, Tuesday Morning, Cosmoprof and a bank. The Bayshore Mall, located on Broadway has a food court and many more retail stores. Anchors are Sears and Kohls.

We need more stores to fill the blank buildings and less crime at night in that area.. I still need WinCo though so, ya cant avoid it all the time.. There is a CVS, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, Cosmo Prof, and another business or two.

Its really the only choice for the area, so it does serve its purpose. However it has many vacant storefronts, strange stores to be in a mall and has an issue with homeless persons in and around it.

Half the mall is empty. In general, a mall is a mall is a mall. Its pretty much what you would expect. (I understand some malls go above and beyond, this one does not.)

Parking lot is always full, there arent too many business here but its worth a stop if you need groceries or inexpensive stuff from the dollar store.
