I bought an item on Saturday but was charged for two. In light of the storm and flooding did not go right back to the store. Lost cell service Sunday so unable to call. Went by Monday but out of the item. Went today and was told that video evidence showed that I did in fact get two. I said I did not receive two items. She said the item fell out in my truck and continued to call me a liar. I dont drive a truck. All this over a $1.50 pack of cream cheese. Ok so its just cream cheese, but to openly call me a liar. I will never shop there again. In fact, another person shopping witnessed this and left their purchase. Unbelievable!!! You think small town, good custome service??? Wrong. Worst customer service ever. Justifies me going to Baton Rouge or Zachary to shop elsewhere. Spend your money at another store.

Twice I have visited this store for special sale items and they are out of the item I wanted to buy. I was told to come back the next day when their truck of supplies would come in. Dont have a sale if you dont have the items to sell. Second time this has happened. Im 15 miles away, so coming back to get items is not worth a second trip. On the positive side, the staff is nice and the store is very clean.

Beautiful location! Clean, convenient, overall comfortable grocery store. Organic section is nice. Something geared towards a locally produced section would be neat. The gift-store-type items are kind of meh. Bird feeders? Yeah; Ill buy one once a year. Again, nice place. Friendly staff (minus a baker). Will be using this place for many years to come. St. FRANCISVILLE needed a new store like this. This little store has organic options, fresh produce, expanded options for many items. Styled like a fresh market (but smaller and less extensive options for pre-made, specialty meats and cheeses), clean, orderly, bright and open store.

Very nice store. A little high on prices and not a huge variety, but its a perfect size store for the town. I had some salmon cut from the meat counter and it was a huge piece of fish for a good price. The customer service of all employees is exceptionally Great!

Nicest grocery store in the area, similar to a rouses. They have a salad bar and hot lunches every day, and even a little eating area in the front of the store. Great selections and decent prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
