I AM HERE VISITING FROM TX., SO I DID NOT KNOW THE RETURN POLICY HERE @ PIGGY WGGLYS. SO I BROUGHT A CASE OF CREAM SODAS @ A STORE ON AIRLINE 4 $19.32 & MY MOM TOLD ME TO TAKE THEM BACK BECAUSE SHE NEVER PAID THAT 4 THEM SO I WENT TO RETURN THEM @ THIS STORE BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSER & I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO GET BACK 2 THAT 1 WITHOUT MY GPS ON MY FONE. JASON JONES I GUESS IS SOME TYPE OF MANAGER THERE WAS MORE INTERESTED IN GOING OUTSIDE BEHIND AN FEMALE EMPLOYEE THAN HELPING ME. HE TOLD ME HE COULD TAKE THEM BACK HANDED ME MY RECIEPT BACK AND WALK AWAY. I HAD TO ASK HIM WHY. HE IS NOT MEANT TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.I LEFT THE STORE AND RETURNED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND MATT FULLER WAS AMAZING. HE LISTENED TO ME AND UNDERSTOOD MY SITURATION. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY MATT WAS WONDERFUL HE GAVE ME MY $ BACK PLUS HE MADE SURE I WOULD COME BACK AS A CUSTOMER.NOW THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE DID IT ALL WITH A SMILE. MATT NEED TO TEACH JASON THAT SOMETIMES IT NESSECARY TO BEND THE RULES A LITTLE TO KEEP A CUSTOMER COMING BACK. THANKS MATT YOU WERE AWESOME BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY HAD A BAD MORNING.

Buyers need to be aware. Went to shoppers value today August 3rd to buy store brand orange juice. Saw two cartons with an August 1st expiration date. Took them to the cashier to keep someone from accidentally buying them. Was told they would be marked down and put back on the shelf. If I wasnt so tired from a long work day I would have gone to Walmart were the price is cheaper. I just brought one with a later expiration date.

If you dont answer your phone - and when you do, you put people on hold indefinitely, then that says a lot. Called on Sept. 5, 2013 numerous times between 7:10 and 7:30am - put on hold or hung up on four separate times. Pathetic - you can imagine what must go on in this place. By the way, the Airline Hwy location is exactly the same - freak show management

This is the cleanest store i hve been too in a while customer service is everything to me even the cashiers were amazing they were so organized and polite i wish i could write the general manager or owner the ppl in that store gve the best possible shopping experience Ive ever had

I love the store the cashiers is always friendly and the guys always help me out so much truck if I need it with my groceries they are polite and very accommodating! And the prices are out of this world I love them actually get more bang for my buck!
