I called the Gray store to find out if I could make a rather large purchasw with my bill and verificatoin of my address and identification After waiting on hold for over six minutes someone came to the phone who still didnt know if it was done there. After bring in retail all of my life and knowing that if a card doesnt swipe they enter the number in manually. The person who came to the phone who was supposed to be the manager named Karen, after being told I was making a large purchase. Surprizingly, after offering to bring in my statement with my pictured identification, she still stated that they wouldnt know who I was. That makes it sound like she wasnt listening. It is difficult to get inrformatoin from most members on this team. I have continued to shop there. May I point out as well that the most distateful. It was a repetative chello sound that played over and over while I was on hold for an extremely long period of time without the so called manager, Karen comeing to the phone.

If you are looking to buy a utility trailer, dont bother going there. They have them but they cant sell you one. No one there had a license to sell one. The only two people who were licensed were on sick leave and they didnt know when they would be back. He said possible 2 to 6 weeks before they would return. Took my business somewhere else.
