Have been a long time customer since opening day. I am leaving the store today unhappy. The dog wash stations need attention. We had to play around constantly to receive decent water pressure. I then noticed there was no cologne spray for afterwards. I asked about it and figured they would just grab one from their store shelves. The answer was no. This may seem petty to some but not most. When I go to a self serve (bring nothing advertised) dog bath facility, I expect to finish off with a nice smelling cologne spray. We ALL know that every dog will go home smelling doggy regardless of what you use minus cologne. I was told the finishing conditioner spray takes the place after they searched the wash area for cologne. Not buying that. Used it and it does not have a scent. I heard it is a policy coming from higher up and that concerns me most. It is the HOLIDAY season as well? This is bad customer service. I understand of problems with product disappearing but a good move is not to ONLY protect the business. There are other ways to work around this instead of resisting a customers request. Have a finishing cologne at the counter register. Better yet, hand each customer a plastic basket full of the products needed and have them return it at checkout. ? I will be returning to Sudsys and other facilities that are accommodating to the customer.

Went in for my first time today for the self service. Wow! It was so much easier than my bathtube. My baby did not like the dryer, so I didnt dry her all the way. But I never even try tout dry her at home, so at least she was somewhat dry. If you love to spoil your pup, go there! I personally think its way better than petsmart and petco. Oh and its locally owned! So even better. The staff was amazing as well, very friendly and made me feel extremely welcomed! I will be back, and a lot of my money will go into this store.

Treats Unleashed is my favorite place to shop when I want to spoil the dogs. They have an enormous selection of toys, treats, and food, as well as beds, leashes, and just about anything else you can think of buying for your pet. The staff is friendly and helpful when we bring our wild-child, Layla, in for nail trims. My only issue is I tend to buy more than I planned. They have such fun stuff, its hard not to.

Such a good variety of treats, toys, and ways to spoil your pet. We love the self serve dog wash. I have a 120lb golden retriever who is a pain to wash at home in the tub. The dog wash here makes it much easier on my back - plus I dont have to clean up!

Great selection of food, treats, toys, and apparel. The staff is nice and knowledgeable about the products. My only problem is when they are baking the treats they smell so good I want to try one. ☺
