Today when I went into this establishment to have my dogs nails groomed. I received horrible and worst service imaginable. When my first dog was done being groomed, the groomer had a very unpleasant attitude which made me very weary for my second dog. When I had came back to get my second puppy from the groomer who had seemed inadequate at grooming my dogs, the groomer was still unpleasant. My first dog that they had finished jumped up to greet the groomer and my other puppy at the swing door. When the groomer proceeded out my oldest jumped up and I pulled him down. On the third mid jump I pulled him down and his paws were on the floor and then the groomer KICKED my dog in the chest and said "Sorry buddy thats what you get. You got to learn". I was appalled and in dismay. The male groomer name "C" is unprofessional and abused my dog. I came out dissatisfied with the services (butchered nails) and distraught that my puppy was KICKED in the CHEST! If it were a choice I would give them ZERO stars.

Order online Pickup in-store is awful. An hour and a half after placing the order and it had not been pulled until after we got there and talked to the manager. No apologies for not having order ready or even being aware of placed order. Not organized at all. Not the first time Ive had this same thing happen at this location.

Used to stop by just so the dogs could walk through (they seem to enjoy walking in stores, however at poet stores people (customers and staff) dont always ask to pet your animals before hand or ask as they star petting. So I dont really go here instead I take then to other pet friendly businesses in town.

Cashier was AWESOME! She asked me about my dogs and even invited me back and told me to bring them next time! Her customer service was beyond fabulous. Great job! The pups and I will be back soon.

At times employees act like your bothering them when needing help. But has a large variety of fish, tanks are always clean. Prices for birds are ridiculously high.
