Took our riding mower in to be fixed. They told us it would be $200 to fix it. We told them fine. They called back and couple weeks later and informed my husband it would be an additional $500 to fix it. So $700 all total! He told them no, but the mechanic told us that we were still responsible for the $200 because they did the work already! They want us to pay for a mower that doesnt work! Im sorry but that is wrong! If we would have know it was going to be that expensive to fix it we would have never agreed to have them do the work. Dont take anything to them to be fixed! If I could do 0 stars I would I am so upset right now!

Over crowded cages for the rodents. Employees were pretty rude. I had one argue with me over whether or not I could feed a feeder mouse to a cat. Most of the time when I go in asking for help Im blown off. ESPECIALLY in the fish section. They ask if I need help, answer one question and IMMEDIATELY walk away before Im done. Seems like they do the bare min. Im also not impressed with their selection of dogs and cats. Why hasnt teskes gotten with the program? Selling APRI dogs is disgraceful. Only BYBS and puppymills use APRI. Same with CKC. After my last visit Ive decied not to return.

This place has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, specifically Dean. He is the absolute worst. How can a "Manager" not know anything about the service he provides. After paying $40 just to look at my mower it took him over 2 weeks to get back to me, after repeatedly calling to inquire about the status. When we went to pick up the mower they tried to give us wrong mower! Ours was less than 1 year old and we took it in for warranty work. They tried to give us back a completely rusted, beat up mower. What a joke! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

These guys are a bunch of crooks...Dean is awful. He is allegedly a manager of the place but is the most incompetent individual I have ever spoken to. You have to pay them $40 just to look at your mower and then it takes weeks for them to get back to you...This place is way worst the most dishonest mechanic that you have ever experienced. They will take as much money from you as possible. I would give them zero (or negative stars) if that was an option.

Though they arent the cheapest place in town, they are pretty unique. And they have great knowledgable employees with personalized service. Our kids LOVE to go here to look at the fish, dogs, cats, birds, etc. We have purchased a couple of dogs from Teskes that werent cheap, but were taken care of well. They even have Christmas trees!

I would never purchase a pet here. The staff is rude and incompetent. All the pets look neglected and sickly. It seems they are going for a farm type atmosphere but the place is filthy and completely covered in dust and hay. Theisens doesnt have that problem. Neither does Wallaces. Prices are not even competitive.

This is such a wonderful place to visit. They have live animals for sale as well as all your normal pet supplies and tons of gardening supplies and live plants/herbs. They were not very busy when we were there, but no staff checked in with us even though we were looking at plants for 30 minutes.

The manager? Owner? was rude to me and my 3-year-old who was following directions and asking permission to pet the mascot bunny. We were choosing a fish to buy and she was pointing at her favorite and an employee yelled at her for tapping the tank, even though she was simply pointing.

Great pet store! Many varieties of small furry animals and birds. The large aquatics department is beautiful and well cared for. Tanks are clean and fish are healthy. Staff is very knowledgeable. There is an alley that leads to the parking area that is easy to miss.

Family owned, small but large variety of items or the can order in a reasonable timeframe. Animals look well cared for and the staff are knowledgeable. We enjoy our trips here, they also have a customer reward points

Puppy mill puppies sold at Teskes are high risk for genetic medical and behavioral problems which lead to expensive veterinary bills. Google puppy mill puppies before you spend money in this store.
