The sales representative that sold me my vehicle was amazing and great. I had no issues with him but I believe my finance persons name was don. And also the person who handled my paper work are the two I am extremely displeased with!! First most of the paper work was a rush I bought my car with a check and out right without financing it. I figured I would have been shown a little more assistance than I was! Never once did anyone show me features of the car or explain any part of that. I didnt even get and owners manual/user guide with the car and I only received one key from the dealer which I was a bit confused about! Also when they went to put on my temporary tag they broke the bracket instead of getting it fixed right then they said u will have to schedule an appointment and come back. I drove three hours to get to this dealer why would I drive three hours for a 5 minute fix? It seemed as if the two people not Ben (who sold me my car) could care less about my needs they just wanted my check and for me to sign and leave. They didnt even take the time to get the proper paper work seeing how Im military and rushed through it calling me two days later to get more because the deal was declined and they couldnt processes it. Now for my most inconvenient problem which no one not even the DMV can explain. I was issued a 5 day temporary tag because they needed to get and send me paper work. They said we will over night it to you so that you can get your plates transferred over. They still havent done that and its been five days now I cant drive my car because the tags are expired. I have to wait until Monday and go to the DMV and get a new temporary tag put on my car. This I find unacceptable and this will not be the only complaint I file about this I am in the military and I do not want my fellow service members falling into this issue. I was lied to and all the dealer can say is Im sorry you will have to wait until Monday to get a new temporary tag. I would think that the people you have working in this dealership should do one of two things actually do what they say or not go around lying to a customer. I am extremely pleased with my car but if this is how Mitsubishi does business my next vehicle purchase will most certainly not be with them!! At this point I feel as if I should have already taken my businesses to a different dealer. Also the location that this dealer uses as a test drive is one of the worst I have ever seen. Its some country back roads that you cant even hardly get the car up to 40 or 50 without having to break or stop. The roads are gravel and filled with pot holes who wants to drive a brand new car across a gravel pot hole road that is horrible for a non-off road vehicle. And why would you want gravel flying up and chipping paint off a car you are about to buy? That makes your new car look like crap! If it wouldnt have been for Ben I would have to say I would be almost 100% dissatisfied with this dealer! I honestly think someone needs to talk to them and get things corrected before someone else has this type of experience! Depending on how future Mitsubishi dealers treat me when I get my car serviced will most defiantly determine if this was just this one dealer or if I will take my business else where next time!!

My salesperson, Mr. Roberto Herrera, made the purchase of my new car a memorable moment. I must say it was the best experience that I have had with a salesperson and this coming from an owner of 5 previous cars. Roberto is someone I would not only recommend to both family & friends but to co-workers & strangers who are looking to purchase a new vehicle as well. This is because I felt he went the extra mile to meet my needs and to make me happy. For every bump in the road that we hit during the negotiation process, Roberto was an excellent defensive driver to get things back on course & he didnt give up. Overall, Roberto Herrera made sure that my experience at Rainbow Luxury Imports was an excellent one. Not to leave out Mr. Lentz West who also took the time to make sure that I understood all the paperwork prior to signing & finalizing the deal. I left Rainbow Luxury Imports as a satisfied customer. I want to give a special "Thank You" to Roberto, Mr. West, & the Rainbow Luxury Import family for the smile on my face. I must say I love my Mercedes-Benz!!!!!!!! Deceptive Advertising, High Pressured Sales & Bad Service!! If this is what you are looking for then this is the dealership for you. The sales manager as much as admitted that they aggressively price their vehicles so that customers will come in. Otherwise no one would come in because their prices would not seem competitive. Once they get you in then they up the selling price. I can only speak on my experience but seems I got a salesperson that was as means spirited as they come. After telling him we decided not to buy the vehicle he sent a few questionable texts that I have posted. Draw your own conclusions but it makes me glad we chose to spend our hard-earned money elsewhere.

Buyers beware!! Read the other reviews too. Obviously they took my previous post down so I will repeat what I said before. We purchased a BMW from these crooked people about 2 1/2 yrs ago. They rushed us into getting this vehicle they just got on trade. Im not even sure if they washed it or checked it out. My wife had a credit score of around 625. The (finance guy) Don told her no one would finance her but Capitol One bank. So i believe the rate was around 17% apr. Crazy!? We had to refinance after a yr. After 3 months the water pump went out. Nothing but trouble since we purchased it. Me and my family will never do business with these people again!

My experience with Rainbow Luxury Imports was outstanding! From the moment I stepped foot onto the showroom floor to the time I left with my Lexus ES350 I was treated like family! Roberto (sales) was able to answer all questions to my satisfaction & he was able to help negotiate a price that was within our budget...thanks, Berto. The service department was just as awesome! Thanks Brian, Kristen & Mike for servicing the car & making sure everything was to my satisfaction before I left the dealership. I will be back to have my car serviced by yall in the future...you guys rock!

I visited my Rainbow Import Family in Covington yesterday to purchase a 4th Car and as always the staff were GREAT!!! I enjoy being around them they make every purchase exciting and their honest.
