I love crossroad motars it is so cool!!! We have purchased 2 vehicles now from Crossroad Motors. This is what a dealership should be like. The customer service is top notch, the prices are very fair, and the purchasing process is truly painless. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything, the team here is a joy to work with and very knowledge. They have a good selection of vehicles on their lot, and if they dont have it they can get it for you. The gentleman that I have dealt with here more than anyone is Alex Steiger, and if you deal with him I am sure you will be just as pleased as we are. Crossroad Motors have earned our business for life. We ended going to Crossroad Motors after too many aggravating trips to other big name dealers with salesmen that are quite full of it and pushy. Here at Crossroad Motors, I finally felt like a person and not a profit walking through the front doors.

My wife and I were there on a Tuesday and bought her a BMW and I was so satisfied with the service, the people, the sense of trust and honesty, I was back there on Friday (the same week) and bought an Infiniti ... two luxury cars in one week, but better yet, the best service I have ever had when purchasing any car. The entire crew is friendly ... I was never hasseled, never pushed and never felted pushed or hasseled. I will say, I have driven by Crossroad Motors for 15 years and never thought of ever stopping ... but in joking with my wife about buying a car we stopped and it was the best stop I have ever made. Thanks to the folks at Crossroads my wife and I are very happy car owners now! I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting or looking for a good deal and nice car. I am exetremely satisfied!

I drove to Kansas City from St. Louis to buy a used car. The dealership in Kansas City did not disclose the many problems that the car had so I walked away from the deal. While I was driving back to St. Louis, my dad was in the passengers seat looking up listings for the kind of car I wanted. Crossroad Motors had one listed so I called and headed straight there. The car that I looked at was in excellent condition. We were able to agree on a fair price and a fair trade in for my existing car. I went back 2 days later to finalize the deal and get my new car and I couldnt be happier. I felt like I was treated very and they were fair and reasonable. I have recommended Crossroad Motors to several of my friends who are in the market and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The only positive reviews for Crossroad Motors were written by Crossrorad Motors. Drove by their business and saw a truck- emailed about pricing- because there was no pricing on the truck. The owner emailed back a high price- made a comment about the price and the owner verbally attacked me. Then he started calling my cell phone at all hours of the night because I told him that I would write a bad review about his business. Had to file a police report about the phone harassment- The salesman/owner clearly has issues with anger management. Stay as far away from this car dealership as possible- SHADY! and the only positive reviews- they wrote themselves-

I chose not to buy a truck from them. The salesman kept giving me information that was irrelevant to the purchase I wanted to make. "The truck was being sold on consignment as a favor to another customer." - "The first owner really took care of it. He owns a local auto repair business." - "The owner wants to sell it so he can buy his kid a car." All of that is irrelevant to the buyer. They should be willing to haggle over the price, especially when my research said the vehicle was priced at $2000+ over what it was worth. They said they could call the owner, then refused to do so. I left without a purchase and wasnt happy.

I had a great experience at Crossroad Motors! Some of my prior visits at other dealerships in the area left me feeling overwhelmed and pressured, but not here at Crossroad Motors. Alex and Adam assisted me through my visit. Both answered any questions I had (I was new to the car buying process, so I had many) and simply made the whole thing a breeze. Lina in finance went above and beyond for me helping me get the best rate. She really did more than expected to help. I saved my best visit for last and am in love with my new purchase!
