Quite possibly the worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with. I have had my 2015 suburban serviced there 5 times. Each time it takes an act of god to get someone on the phone. At least 1/2 the calls go to a voicemail that is apparently in purgatory. Messages were left without one return call. The service adviser is always "busy" and cant talk. My car was to be repaired for some minor dent repair and rim repair. Then all of a sudden my AC was broken while they had it. They blamed it on me and that somehow it had a slow leak. A 2015 Suburban had a slow Freon leak?!?! I got my car back and noticed that the dents were not even repaired. STAY AWAY from this place. I have tried to express my issues with the management team as well. I sat for 45 minutes while waiting for a manager without ever speaking with him. I was promised a return call by Monday from the assistant manager by him or the GM. Neither happened. I have also called and left a message for the GM without a response.

Being a single mom, needing a new car and making such a big purchase alone I was stressed out. But the entire staff at Bill Hood was welcoming and made the whole process easy and stress free. They were so helpful with the kids and were honestly in my corner when it came to purchasing a car. Not once did I feel like they were just out to sell me something just because that is their job. Ross Duhon is by far amazing, patient and so helpful. He answered millions of questions asked by me, my sister and the kids. Along with talking on the phone with my step dad. They knew my needs and went over everything, making sure not to add things such as warranties that in the end didnt make sense for my situation. Ross was very concerned and did everything he could to make sure I ended up with a vehicle I loved and could afford. By far one a greatest experience buying a car! Thank you again Ross and everyone for making us feel so welcomed and helping me find a car I absolutely love and needed!

Very DISAPPOINTED with the service of this dealership. My family and I flooded and have been looking for new vechiles. We came to look at a truck it wasnt available for a test drive yet because they where fixing something on it, my paw paw even offered to put a down payment on it before the test drove but they said no worries they wouldnt sell it. So weve been waiting for a phone call to hear when its gonna be ready. They never called us we had to keep calling them for the past two days. The salesman Mr.Vincent says it should be ready today August 27, 2016. He never contacted us this morning like he was supposed too. We came up here and then he tells us they sold the truck. The used car manger was a joke. He had a terrible attitude and was not sincere at all.Terrible customer service and I dont recommend any one to buy a vechile from them. Ridiculous

Went to this dealer just "looking" for a truck, we were in the market but were very unsure of what we wanted. When we pulled up we were greeted by a salesperson of course, his name was Brad Pitt! He asked us the normal, his personality and sales skills were very personal. He didnt make us feel overwhelmed or rushed. He took the time to show us what he had and the options based on what we could afford. I felt like he was as honest and they come and never made me feel like a number. We ended up moving forward with the deal! We had a few bumps in the road on a personal level and Brad went WAY out of his way to help us and keep it as convenient as possible. It was a great experience! and to be honest we wouldnt have bought a truck if it wasnt for him and all his help. So far I would recommend this dealership, and I would say go see BRAD PITT.

I have been a customer of this dealer for years, bringing my car to be serviced by them since 2009. The service department is excellent, but sales was the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car. I was told one price over the phone and when I went in to the dealer, the price was 2k more than what I was told. It was supposedly a mistake to begin with to offer me the initial price, but they did not own up to their mistake and take responsibility. I had every intention of buying the car until they did that. They lost a sale because they wouldnt take responsibility. They were so arrogant they even ran a credit check on me after I walked out of the dealer and still tried to use my college discount that they said they wouldnt honor! Very dishonest! The only reason theyre getting 3 stars is because of the service department.

I bought a used Chevrolet Traverse from this dealership because I thought it would be dependable to use as transportation. I was so excited. The service and all was great. BeforeI could even make my first payment I started having major issues that would take thousands to fix. AC (now blows hot), electrical (Passengers cant control windows), bad shake (front end). I thought they inspected their cars and I was safe because its a prestigious dealership! NO! Was I wrong. They gave me the run around and eventually refused to fix anything. They said it was sold as is. Although none of its issues were disclosed to me. Lesson learned. Now I need a lawyer. Please be careful and check every inch of any used vehicle here. I am so disappointed in their professionalism. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Best experience Ive ever had working with a dealership. Soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted with open arms from the staff and my car salesman Ross Duhon did everything he could to get me the truck I wanted. I left the dealership with a full tank of gas in my new truck and knowing I made the right choice coming to Bill Hood Chevy! Whats even better is I have the pit stop for life offer where they wash your truck or car, check your fluids, and tire pressure for free for life any time you come visit. Its nice to know I built a positive relationship with the dealership and my car salesman. I went to multiple dealerships prior to coming here and I now know Bill Hood Chevy is apart of my family and Im apart of theirs. Thank you again Ross Duhon!

Im one of these who hates buying a car. But after 12 years of driving my Hyundai Elantra, it was time. I looked at buying another one, but wanted something different. After visiting five dealerships, I made myself go to one more that my daughter recommended. Upon arriving at Bill Hood, Rex Lawrence became my savior. He asked me what I wanted, how much I could spend every month and showed me what they had on their pre-owned lot. He didnt try to "sell" me ... and I drove away in a Hyundai Veloster -- its darling, and Ill probably drive the wheels off it too. Thank you Rex. Next time I buy, Im coming to you!
