I received a coupon from this donut shop in the mail, it was for a free half dozen donuts. We had never had donuts from here before (have always been a Krispy Kreme guy) so we thought we would give them a try on National Donut Day. It was around 10:30 in the morning when we walked in, the shop had one table with a family eating their donuts and no one else there. We were not greeted as we approached the counter, the lady (owner or employee, I dont know) said angrily "we only have glazed or chocolate covered, it is National Donut Day". A bit shocked at her attitude from the git go, I said perfect, glazed is what we wanted and showed her the coupon. She snatched the coupon from my hand, threw 6 glazed donuts in a bag and said in a condescending tone "you want anything besides the FREE ones?" I replied no that will be all, she smacks the bag on the counter and goes back to cleaning or something. I was shocked and I asked her if I did something to make her angry? She looked at me and said no, weve been busy It is National Donut Day. I just left. I dont care what day it is, Im your customer (well I was, as Ill never be back). If you or the owner spent money sending out coupons for free donuts to get me to come try your donuts, dont be mad if I bring in the coupon and get them for free. Treat your customers like the people that pay your salary or support your business. I work in a real estate office that has over 200 agents, I buy donuts...lots of them, I would have been a great client to have, because of your rudeness, Krispy Kreme keeps the business, geez.

My nephews wife is allergic to cinnamon. She asked the owner to make her donuts without cinnamon. The owner refused and told her co-worker that it was not her problem that she had an allergy. To treat a customer like that is absolutely ridiculous. Her right. My right to call her out. Do not frequent this place. Go elsewhere and find kindness.

The lady behind the counter needs an attitude adjustment. As I was reading the other reviews, Ive found that Im not the only one to think so. Great donuts...but maybe hire someone with good personal skills. I told her she could try being nicer to customers and walked out and went to their other location.

Went in to get two donuts the cashier was so rude I just asked one question was the donuts hot give me so much attitude it was not cause far but I walked out money spends anywhere I wish them good luck I would not send anyone there for business

Thee Heavenly Donut definitely have some of the best doughnuts have ever eaten in Baton Rouge. However, I find that a lot of the owners and/or employees here are very unfriendly and did not thank me for my order or business.
