Had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy at this Walgreens. In my experience they tend to be apathetic, unprofessional and at times rude. I have been given wrong information on more than 1 occasion concerning insurance. And recently given no information at all concerning things that were VITAL to the administration of drugs I have received. If they were just unpleasant to deal with (which they are) I probably wouldnt write this review, but I find that their poor service and lack of care for the customers concern could be potentially dangerous. I have since moved down the road to the Walgreens at Villa Station (off Shelbyville Rd.) and couldnt be happier.

Terrible experience. Just went in there and went to pay for a bottle of wine. There were two girls working the front two registers. When I walked up the one on the left had her mouth full of food leaning back against the wall and looked at me and rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. I looked over at the other girl and she didnt say a word. Then finally the one on the left said you need to go to the back and pay. The girl back there is old enough. Sorry to interrupt your snack and socializing!!!

One of the best experience at this store. The store manager (Karen) was super helpful on some last minute items i needed for my daughter birthday party. Walked me right up to the items i needed and provided some ideas.

The shift manager Tabitha, had a friend visiting singing a song "i am fat, im black, and i know it". Coming from a short white male me being black was really uncomfortable. Will never return to this Walgreens ever.

Every Walgreens, and this one is no exception, has had what my family needed. The pharmacy staff is personable and remembers their customers. For a chain, that is unusual.
