I came in a nervous wreck, terrified of cutting both of my daughters super long hair (knowing a good majority of it was unreparable)... then I met the manager Camille, who assured me she would take care of my babies and wouldnt do anything drastic, as others had before.... she took her time making us all feel comfortable, even though many were waiting, she absolutely did not rush with my girls. At one point I asked if she could make the layers a few inches shorter and she was so kind and said yes maam, I just dont want to take off too much and reminded me that we cant undo it if we cut too short, so she worked gradually. I didnt realize that a shampoo was included with the $12 haircuts, but Ill tell you what, my daughters felt like princesses (theyd never been in a salon). She even put them under the heated chairs to dry their hair per their request to feel fancy which made their night as they giggled and grabbed magazines crossing their legs like ladies, taking their time for photo ops. I highly recommend this fantastic Sams location and Miss Camille as well. We couldnt be happier with the final results.

i went about 4 months ago and the stylist was nice but she forgot how i wanted my hair cut when we just discussed it 10 min before even had a pic out of their book. I tried talking to her about things with my hair and she seemed like she could care less and then blowed dried my hair into a mushroom style? i wanted it really thinned out and i had to keep asking for it thinner and it still wasnt thinned out enough but i got sick of sitting there

Horrible. The hair stylists talk to each other extremely loud. I had to leave on one occasion because I was getting a headache. Today I waited for an hour after without getting a cut. "Friends" and or family members, at least three, cut in front of me as I waited. Ive been here many times and its never been especially bad or great but its really gone down hill. Please dont waste your time or hard earned money here.

I have never been so happy with a haircut! Took my 3 year old autistic son in for a basic haircut. Carol welcomed us with open arms. Its hard to find places that work with autistic children. She was very patient with him and was able to get it done with him fussing too much! I will definitely come back for future cuts for him! Thank you so much!

Waited forever then she completly chopped my hair to pieces nothing that I wanted. Saw how incredibly bad it was once it dried! Looks like I let my 4 yr old cut my hair!!
